An hours is usually too long for most women. The ****** is a muscle. It can get used to it the more you do it, but you also need to heal in between.

Sounds like either your new to *** or your man is large. Your ****** has gotta get used to his ***** so it’ll fit like a glove. Keep using lubricant and stick to positions that don’t wear you out too quickly, positions that don’t hurt or feel too uncomfortable.Oh and yea you said you don’t want no lectures on condoms cause ur on birthcontrol but thought you should know that unfortunately Std’s and AIDS don’t care much about birthcontrol ;) haha sorry had to put that out there

Go to a Cindie’s store or the website and look up lubricants… they make some that have numbing effects (but it’s advertised as pleasure lengthening) good luck!

Also, the more you do it, the less it will hurt…I used to hurt when I only did it like once a month or so….now I’m up to like 3-4 times a week and it never hurts any more!

ICEMAN06 Says:

As was previously stated, the ****** IS a muscle. Therefore, when it is “overworked” it responds like any other muscle. One point might be foreplay. It is suggested that there is plenty (up to 30 minutes) so that the ****** is properly lubricated and in essence warmed up like a muscle. If this is not the problem, there is a condition called vaginismus in which the ****** involuntarily spasms causing this discomfort. In cases like this, pelvic exercises, practice of transition steps, and possibly dilation techniques can be used. Hope that this helps.
