Weight Loss?
I Had a child on June 28th. I am 5′2 and the day i had him i weighed 195 lbs ( i gained ALOT OF WEIGHT, i started out 130 lbs!) i now weigh 150 lbs. I go to the gym 4x per week i do 30 mins of cardio per day. I only drink water and i eat healthy. Any ideas or supplements people have tried with results. I have 20 more pouds to lose!

i forgot to put that i have a personal trainer. I dont just do cardio i have a reg. workout routine too. Hiowever Ive been stuck in a rut i havent lost any more weight in a month

I know the obvious, you lube, but Ive done that. Im looking for a product maybe that will allow longer ***. Ha wow this is a little awkward. I get sore after maybe a hour of so of sex, but i stay sore for a while. We dont use condoms. Any tips?

I put on about 20 lbs while recovering from a car accident 2 years ago and well, I’ve been trying to get my washboard abs back but to no avail. I actually seem to be slowly but steadily gaining more weight! I’m still underweight for my height, but I don’t like where things are headed. OK,so before you say just diet and exercise let me just say ” i have already done that”. I have dieted and i have exercised like crazy and yes i did lose a few pounds,but like any normal human being my patience wears thin.I lost weight,but did not get the results i was hoping for.About 20-25 pounds is all i need and just watching T.V i came across a Hydroxycut commercial.Now i did research and i learned that stuff is no good,but while doing more research i came across products like this:

I’ve been trying to lose weight recently. I’ve been really healthy, drinking a lot of water, eating healthy and doing excercise, but my weight never goes down it just stays the same. So i considered weight loss pills. Is it true that after you stop taking them you’ll put on weight like crazy? Are they bad for you? I just want to know if its true that you gain weight when you stop taking them, as i dont want to be taking them for the rest of my life. Any info on this would be great. Thanks!
